Kate had a bit of a fever this morning, so she and Doug stayed home today. When I walked in the door, this is how I found them. Both asleep. And Kate NEVER falls asleep in one's arms. The little bug must really not be feeling well.

I have a very similar picture of Emma and James the first time Emma had a big fever. She did come down with a pretty bad virus the next day ... started with the fever and the snuggliness. It was so sweet because she also is not one to fall asleep anywhere but in her crib (or her car seat). It's so sad when they're not feeling well but so sweet to have such snuggly little angels. Hope she feels better.
