It reminds me of Japanese television! They have this show, MMC, that's dubbed over in crazy English that makes me LAUGH and LAUGH... Japanese TV is great!
I forgot to add... and Ultimate Ninja... also Japanese! Great shows! I'm thanksful American TV finally has taken the plunge!
